Estorya needed a bilingual (English/Chinese) counseling platform where clients could discover counselors, check live availability, and book therapy sessions without back-and-forth coordination over WhatsApp and email.

Challenge
Estorya's counselors managed bookings manually through WhatsApp and email, with no live view of counselor availability, session types, or room/space rates. Clients had no self-serve way to browse counselor profiles, compare specializations, or book a session in their preferred language, creating friction at the very first point of contact.
Our Solution
We built a fully bilingual (English/Chinese) booking platform with live counselor availability, detailed practitioner profiles, and a guided booking flow covering session type, mode (virtual/in-person), duration, and counselor selection. A free 15-minute virtual consultation flow was added as a low-commitment entry point, alongside a dedicated fees and spaces module for individual, couple/family, and therapeutic expression sessions.
Outcome
Clients can now independently discover the right counselor, understand fees and policies upfront, and confirm bookings in real time, cutting down administrative back-and-forth and giving Estorya's team more time to focus on care rather than coordination.
